Week 2 (Jan 5 - 11)

Sun 1/11 - Rest
Sat 1/10 - Rest (Titans Game)
Fri 1/9 - 2.5 miles
-- planned to go 5 miles, but my new shoes did not agree with my feet. I'll excange them at the Nike outlet for some that fit. When they felt good, I was bouncing all over and making good time - then my left foot would start to hurt. I never even broke a sweat, so I need to get a full 5 in.
Thu 1/8 - Rest (BCS National Championship. Come on.. I'm not going to miss that.)
Wed 1/7 - 2.6 miles in 24:14 / 09:32 per mile
-- ran for second time in new shoes. left foot fine, right foot still getting used to new soles. pace started off good. Didn't want to push it too much to save for tomorrow & Friday runs
Tues 1/6 - 3.8 miles in 00:44:00 /11:35 per mile
-- ran in the rain, so I was more careful with my footing. Thus, slower. Soaking wet afterwards, but it was AWESOME. I felt like I wasn't really working out, but such it is in the rain.
Mon 1/5 - Rest/Rain (planned to run, but just too wet)
-- really needed to run after downing pasta yesterday.
