-- morning run felt good. Didn't feel like going out, but once I got out it felt good so I kept going. Started off slow instead of pushing up hill on first 0.2 miles. The first 1.3 miles were slower than ussual, but by the end I wasn't dead like other runs.
-- bought whole wheat bagels, english muffins and TONS of spaghetti. Also picked up One A Day vitamins for men.

Fri 1/2 - Rest
-- found a good half marathon training program with ideas for nutrition
Thu 1/1 - Basketball for 2 1/2 hours at Madison Stake Center (full-court gym)
Wed 12/31 - 1.4 miles in 00:14:00 /10:00 per mile
-- tried new shoes today, didn't feel very good on the feet. Try double socks. Slow run, ended early.
-- paid $70 for Country Music Half Marathon. no turning back now. time to make it happen instead of talking about it.
